Based in Londonderry, I am the Regional Director for the Northern Ireland Team.
I have worked in the financial services industry for over 12 years, 11 of which were at a management level.
Having joined APRIL Insurety back in 2004, I have seen them grow tremendously over the years, particularly in the region I have overseen - Northern Ireland.
To ensure customers receive the best service possible, I demand high standards from the Business Consultants in my team and expect them all to provide a quality service at every contact. I train them to only provide 'the right products with the right level of cover, to the right person'.
