Joining as a Business Consultant, you will be trained to a high standard in sales, product knowledge and financial services regulations.
Experience has shown that great leaders are those that lead from the front. So if you are made ‘of the right stuff’ and you feel that sales management is your forte, our fast track philosophy into management could see you leading a successful local team in no time at all.
Consistently hit your targets and prove that you have what it takes to nurture and develop your own team, and the pinnacle of sales management awaits you - promotion to Senior Area Manager. In this role, you will join an elite band of high fliers, each responsible for a large area of their region. You will monitor, develop and support your Team Leaders and their Business Consultants, driving them towards achieving their maximum potential.
