Joining as a Business Consultant, you will be trained to a high standard in sales, product knowledge and financial services regulations.

Consistently hit your targets and prove that you have what it takes to nurture and develop your own team, and the pinnacle of sales management awaits you - promotion to Senior Area Manager. In this role, you will join an elite band of high fliers, each responsible for a large area of their region. You will monitor, develop and support your Team Leaders and their Business Consultants, driving them towards achieving their maximum potential.
