Our History

Insurety launched its range of Income Protection products in 1997. While its Healthcare Division, Capital Healthcare, launched its range of Everyday Healthcare products in 1999 and its Optima range in 2001.

Insurety/Capital Healthcare promote business throughout the UK, Northern Ireland and through its subsidiary Insurety Ireland in the Republic of Ireland.

It now has offices in Wales, Scotland, two in the Republic of Ireland (Dublin and Letterkenny), a regional centre in London and it’s main office in Bristol – where it has had its headquarters since 1997.

Insurety/Capital Healthcare recognise that its people are at the heart of its success. Its head office provides full personal administration and customer service support. All enquiries are dealt with by our in-house service department. Our Business Consultants operate throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

Insurety/Capital Healthcare's partners are Hamilton Insurance Company, a member of the Aviva Group – the largest insurance group in the UK. Insurety/Capital Healthcare also work in partnership with EMR Health Insurance Services Limited in providing healthcare support through its helpline and claims administration units based at EMR Health Insurance Services Limited's offices in Folkestone together with the support given by Hamilton through its claims unit in Birmingham.
