Unlimited commission and bonus
You earn commission on the sales that you make and this is paid to you weekly by BACS or CHAPS. The amount of commission you earn is directly related to your efforts, so the more you sell, the more money you will earn.
We do not have a maximum earnings cap and since the amount you sell is governed by you - the sky really is the limit!
We also pay you renewal commission which allows you to build up a regular stream of annual income over time. If you hit your sales, persistency and paperwork targets, there is also a quarterly bonus scheme which could bump up your earnings substantially.
Hours to suit you
Working for Insurety Plc, you will enjoy considerable freedom when it comes to your working life. We will provide you with all the training required to become a successful Business Consultant and commercially proven products to present to your customers. But ultimately you decide the hours you work.
Of course there is no substitute for activity. The more people you talk to and see, the more sales you are likely to make. But it’s good to know you are in a career where you are directly responsible for what you get out of it.

Initial and ongoing training
We believe good training is the key to success. When you join, you will receive comprehensive training through a 5 day initial training course. This will provide you with the necessary foundations to succeed in sales and become a competent and proficient Insurety Business Consultant.
This includes training on regulation, administration and sales techniques such as conducting a sales presentation, communication skills and closing the sale. We will also teach you how to generate your own leads and sales allowing you to build up a customer base to promote our products.
Ongoing management support
Once in the field you will be accompanied by an experienced manager who, as well as assisting you in perfecting your presentation and selling skills, will coach you in all aspects of your work. This will help you develop a clear and confident attitude to go out and do it yourself successfully.

Each year we provide a luxury 5 Star Overseas Convention for those who hit business benchmarks. It is always a truly memorable occasion where you can join your fellow high fliers and relax over a drink by the pool, or a game of golf. In previous years we have been to exclusive 5 star resorts in Spain, Portugal, Tunisia and Cyprus.
Prize draws and loyalty bonuses
We strongly believe in rewarding those who show loyalty to the company and consistently show good service. This is why we offer a generous loyalty bonus after 5 and 10 years of service.
We also regularly run Prize Draws and Awards Dinners which are formal, yet social events to get to know other Business Consultants, share your experiences and boost your earnings in the process. Previous prizes have included a car, Caribbean holiday and generous cash lump sums!
